Anxious dogs round a corner into the lobby and shut down. Reactive dogs see another dog and the whole appointment is over before it starts. Puppies whose first grooming experience is a noisy back room learn that grooming is something to fear — and that fear is what every subsequent groomer inherits.

Puppies. The Puppy First-Groom Package spreads the introduction across three short visits — meet and treat, rinse and dry, full first groom. By the third visit, the clippers aren't strangers.
Seniors. The Senior Comfort Slot is an extended appointment for dogs over ten or with mobility limits. More breaks. A groomer who isn't watching the clock.
